Hot Potato/Kim C – Lover’s Playground

I just woke up this early morning as a sweet melody ran along to my ears..oh well, my earphone’s still on.

This melody kept me accompanied since midnite till i overslept and i mildly fell in love with it. Kim-C in Sweet Potato sings a nice song nicely to be played again and again.

I’m curious with the English lyric so i randomly tried to write down the lyric while listening to it at the meantime. Honestly, it’s a wee bit difficult hearing his English accent. So Sorry if i couldn’t get it well ^..^`

SeeSaw/ Lover’s Playground

by: (KIM-C) Hot Potato

Where do we go

when the wind blows

and everything’s dead and cold

Once there you go, on to the show

Ride in the train, unto your soul

*

Come on now my friends and lovers,

Come on we can play

Come on sing and dance till worries and memories away

Come on now my friends and lovers,

Come on we can play

Come on sing and dance forever

This is where we stay

**

Nobody here..

go dying here..

the crying tears..

the sky is defying heat, come play down

This is the lover’s playground

Reff.

Shrink(?) down (?) the hurricane

cry down the bitter rain

play ground and win a game

so count what i play (?)

chime loud (?) of hurricane

spray down (?) the hollow pain

play down (?) your paper planes

are flying away (?)

*

Come on now my friends and lovers,

Come on we can play

Come on sing and dance your worries and memories away

Come on now my friends and lovers,

Come on we can play

Come on sing and dance forever

This is where we stay

**

Nobody here..

go dying here..

the crying tears..

the sky is defying heat, come play down

This is the lover’s playground

(back to Reff.)

Seriously, I still can’t catch what Kim-C says on the Reff. part (-….-)
